The founders of Kenji launched a successful REACH ACO with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Kenji’s vision is for a physician-led and governed health care program that pursues the Quintuple Aim: Health Equity, Clinician Well-Being, Better Health, Improved Outcomes and Lower Costs.
The ACO REACH Model is an advanced Alternative Payment Model (APM) that enables physicians to play the leading role in how care is delivered and paid for. Kenji is a physician-led and governed organization via which healthcare professionals and businesspeople are leading public/private care and payment model change. Participating physicians take the lead in increasing the value of care delivered to Medicare beneficiaries and dual-eligibles. They also receive meaningful economic benefit generated by delivering high-quality care cost effectively.
Kenji plans to include and empower providers, patients, and families in the design and continuous improvement of Kenji’s expertise in:
Implementing evidence-based interventions and addressing social determinants of health,
Supporting providers with different resource and capacity levels,
Delivering comparable and transparent information on quality and costs, and
Advancing whole-person care through increased clinical integration of primary, specialty and other care to keep patients healthy and at home.
